The eighteenth and last counting competition in the Foyle Sunday Society Golfer of the Year, took place today and the competition attracted a very large turnout as the competitors were hoping to gain some much needed points in their quest to gain a top ten finish in this coveted competition.
Gary Jackson certainly enhanced his chances of a high finish with a fine winning score of 43 points, Charlie Dunn finished in second place after a multiple 41 points break of tie with Charlie Mc Dermott finishing in third place after the tie break.
