The P.F.S. Accountants Pairs Qualifier took center stage last week with the members playing for one of the 32 places on offer in the Pairs Match Play Championship.
When the qualifiers were identified after the competition closed on Sunday evening, Kevin Crumley and kevin Thomas had come through as leading qualifiers with an excellent score of 47 points two points clear of runner’s – up Paul Maxwell and Damien Ming who finished with 45 points and the two Kevin’s will certainly enter the Pairs Match Play as favorites where they will be hoping to add the prestigious title to the Club Foursomes title won in 2018.
