The Scotch Foursomes Competition took centre stage over the weekend and scoring was of the highest order with Paul Anderson and Garvan Mc Guigan, playing off a 10 handicap, produced an excellent winning score of 46 points. Runners up, Jackie Thomas and George Fitzpatrick, were two points adrift with a fine score of 44 points with third placed pair Gary Tyre and Patrick Mahon, a further two points adrift.
