John Coyle having finished runner up in the Sweep on Sunday went one better in Wednesday’s Stableford by posting a fine 38pts winning score in difficult playing conditions because of a very strong wind, with the other two podium positions decided after a 37pts 5 way break of tie with Gerald Toland and Kevin Mc Dermott finishing second and third respectively.
