In May twelve ladies from Foyle Golf Club travelled to Puerto Banus for their annual golfing holiday. The ladies played golf on three different courses to decide the winner of the much sought after perpetual trophy.
A delighted Alison Wright took top honours over the three days play and Lady President Avril Gallagher was crowned the Par Three Princess. On the final day’s golf nearest the pin was won by Avril Gallagher ……which she then went on to birdie! Geraldine Doherty put in a fine performance to take the best nine and Alison Wright won the longest drive.
The ladies had a wonderful trip and plans are already underway for 2017!
