The AON Insurance sponsored Spring Trophy was down for decision at Foyle on Saturday and the large turnout enjoyed fine conditions and with the Ballyarnett course in fine condition everything was in place for good scoring
Inform Past Captain Martin Campbell continued in his purple patch of form to once again take the winners accolade in consecutive competitions with another fine score of 40 points , Kieran Duffy was the victor after a two way 39 points break of tie by virtue of his superior 21 points on the back nine in the category 0 – 10 section, Gary Jackson with another 39 points return won the 11 – 16 category prize with John Comey’s 38 points return the best in the 17+ category.
