The Annual Calor Gas Open Stableford was down for decision on Monday with the competitors having to contend with a biting wind on a very cold day making scoring difficult from the back tees.
Sixteen handicapper Stephen Moore certainly relished the difficult conditions after posting a fine winning score of 35 points, John A Lafferty finished runner – up one point adrift of the winner with third placed Damien Ming a further point adrift.
