With the second round cards returned in the Desmond Motors Winter League Team 20 consisting of Kieran Doherty, Emmet O’ Kane, Michael Mullin and John O’ Kane having returned another fine score of 9o points for an accumulated two card total of 184 points now hold a two point lead over Team 22 in the qualifying section of the league.
The highlight of the competition last week was a hole-in-one at the par three eight hole where Scott Kennedy struck the perfect eight iron to hole out for his ace, witnessed by playing partners John Morrison and Derek Browne.
