The 2018 Different Class Mens Wear Over 50’S Competitions came to a conclusion on Thursday with the Final and in a week that seen us return to some very unsettled weather scoring was difficult but 7 handicapper Kieran Duffy coped best with the conditions to post the winning score of 32 points, Joe Kilroy and his playing partner John J Gillespie came home with 30 points each to finish second and third respectively.

The 2018 Senior Golfer of the Year Title was also decided after the Final with the three best scores from the six competitions counting and it was a close contest with Peter Kemish winning the coveted title with 111 points just two points clear of Lenny Mc Grory and Paul Cosgrove who finished on 109 points
