At the mid point of the very Competitive Spring League Qualifying Section Team 6, Tony Mc Ginley, Declan Meenan, Mathew Wagstaff and Richie Mc Rory top the leader board with an accumulated five card total of 306 points, and are closely followed in second place by Team 2, Gerry Harkin, Jim Kennedy,, James Mc Cauley and Ronnie Kennedy on 304 points, with only one full counting card to play before the teams start dropping their lowest scores in the last four cards and with only Ten points separating the leading nine teams, also with a lot of teams in close proximity of the leaders it will be a very competitive finish to the Qualifying Section before the eight teams are decided to compete in the Final on Saturday 29th March
