Foyle’s Lady Captain Monica Smith kindly put up beautiful plant arrangements for the ladies to play for in the club’s Easter competition on Thursday last.
The Lady Captain managed to outplay all the ladies returning a great score of 38 points but unfortunately was unable to claim her own prize! Lorna Thompson took the winning prize after returning a great score of 36 points.
In respect of the recent tragedy in Buncrana the day’s competition fee and donations raised £230 for Muscular Dystrophy UK.
