Friday’s Open Stableford Competitions continue to attract large entries with the competitors enjoying a glorious day for golf.
16 Handicapper Conor O’ Doherty continues to see his handicap lower and with a fine score of 41 points matched by 5 handicapper John Spence with both players having identical back nines of 21 points Conor was declared the winner after the tie break virtue of his superior 15 points on the last six holes with Damien Mc Kenna negotiating the Ballyarnett layout in 69 shots for his 37 points return to claim a spot on the rostrum.
