Friday’s Open was again well supported with a very good turnout of visiting golfers enjoying the pristine Ballyarnett course with a Father and Son coming home as the winner and Runner – up, as 14 handicapper Charlie Haslett took the winners accolade with an excellent 44 points four points clear of his Son Sean in second place with Nicky Mc Cusker returning 32 points for the best visitor’s score.
