11 Handicapper Tony Harkin produced a sparkling round in the Foyle Friday Open to take top honors with an excellent 42pts one point adrift in second was 19 handicapper David Fitzpatrick on 41pts, Cormac Mc Geady produced a one under par round for 40pts and third place.
