Sunday Society members turned out in force at the weekend for the Christmas Hamper Competition and enjoyed decent playing conditions, with scoring of the highest order with two points separating the leading four prize winners.
16 Handicapper James Doherty produced an excellent winning score of 41 points as 9 handicapper Ciaran Mc Guinness took top honors in the + to 10 category with 39 points, Jason Murray returned the best score of 40 points in the 11 -16 category with John Comey returning another 40 points to claim the 17+ category prize.
