Foyle Sunday Society Golfer of the Year competitions came to a conclusion on Sunday last with another very good turnout as the competitors enjoyed a fine day, with the pleasant conditions ensuring high scoring, 13 handicapper Sean Sands returned an excellent winning score of 45 points, David Knox Jun. negotiated the Ballyarnett course layout in three under par for his 43 points and second place, with Jim Mc Fadden finishing third after a multiple 40 points break of tie.
