The Foyle Sunday Society members showed what a fierce competitive and hardy bunch they are as they turned out in large numbers for last weekend’s competition which was played in far from ideal conditions.
However, with every point valuable as the players strive to be placed in the race for the “Golfer of the Year,” nine handicapper Kieran Bradley enhanced his chances with an excellent 41 points winning total, as John Coyle continued in a rich vein of form with the best of the 40 point returns for second, while Charlie Mc Dermott finished third after the break of tie.
