Week two of the Foyle Sunday Society enjoyed another big turnout with the competitors enjoying a fine day on the Ballyarnett course and Declan Burns, a former winner of the one arm golfers’ British Championship, made full use of the favorable conditions to post an exceptional score. He covered the front nine in a modest 17 points with his round going into overdrive on the way home when he added a further 26 points for his 43 points winning total. Paul Mc Eleney finished in the runners – up spot after surviving a 42 points break of tie with David Knox Jun.
