The Annual Mid Summer Open Stableford Sponsored by Fyfes Motor Factors had an excellent entry with the competitors enjoying a course in superb condition as Declan Meenan struck a blow for the category four players when he compiled a round of 21 points on the front nine followed up by a 22 points return on the inward nine for a fine winning score of 43 points as Jianseng Xu finished second with 41 points, With a three way 39 points break of tie needed to decide the third place finisher which went in favour of another category four player Steven Brown virtue of his 24 points back nine.
