The helping Hands Charity Open took center stage on Saturday with an excellent turnout for the charity event and the 120 plus competitors enjoyed a fine day which resulted in very good scoring.
Colin Doherty certainly took full advantage of the benign conditions to post a great winning score of 45 points, with one of Foyle’s emerging Juvenile stars Ryan Mc Brearty finished second after a multiple 42 points break of tie virtue of his fine back nine, Christopher Forbes finished third after the tie break.
