The KK’S Charity Classic took center stage at the weekend with the Annual event attracting 45 Teams raising funds for the Heart Foundation and other nominated charities.
The fantastic entry of 45 teams were representative of golfers from all the North West Clubs and non-handicapped golfers from business and sport etc. enjoying a fine day on a course in pristine condition.
A Foyle Team, James Mc Daid, Colin Doherty, Fergal Mc Callion and Stephen Mc Caul with an excellent score of 99 points, a slender point ahead of the runners up, took top honors in the Teams of four event with two scores counting at each hole and three scores counting at a hidden hole on the back nine and all four scores counting at a hidden hole on the front nine.
