Foyle Ladies Open, which was held last Thursday 10th July, proved to be highly successful with 100 ladies and gents turning out to compete on a course in fine condition.
Foyle’s Maureen Sheerin took top honours returning a great score of 40 points, 3 points clear of her nearest rival Roberta Moore, also from Foyle. The gross was won by Alison Elkin, from Foyle, with 26 gross points and visitor’s prize went to Elizabeth Allen, from City of Derry, with 36 points.
