A good turnout of Ladies, Gentlemen and Visitors enjoyed Lady Captain Faye McGrotty’s hospitality on a well organised and enjoyable Lady Captain’s day on Friday last. A wonderful array of prizes were presented on the night.
With the weather favourable and the course in prime condition 14 handicapper Anne Hamilton (Ladies’ Club Competition Secretary) returned a magnificent score of 41 points to hold off the chasing pack by one Shot. Anne is a very worthy winner. The Runner Up was Jennifer Rainey who carded 40 points, third place went to Lorna Thompson with 39 points and the Gross went to Alison Elkin with 31 gross points.
