Saturday’s Martin Campbell sponsored Open Stableford attracted a very strong entry with the competitors enjoying decent playing conditions on a course in pristine condition with the greens running very fast and true.
Twelve handicapper Cathal O’ Donnell topped the leader board with a fine score of 39 points for a one point victory over runner – up Xu Jianseng with the Clubs Hon. Treasurer Jackie Thomas finishing third another point adrift on 37 points.
