The members at Foyle turned out in force on Saturday to play for Club President Rob Gallagher’s prizes and the capacity turn out enjoyed a course in pristine condition with lush fairways and the greens running fast and true everything was in place for good scoring and that was certainly the order of the day with 20 handicapper Mark Mc Intyre returning an excellent winning score of 43pts to claim the coveted Major, another 20 handicapper Declan Harkin finished runner up after a two way 41pts break of tie with 12 handicapper Raymond Gordon, leaving 9 handicapper Tony Mc Ginley in fourth place with the best of the 40pt returns.
