Friday’s Open Week Stableford sponsored by First Trust Bank was a day of two halves fine morning and part of the afternoon then a washout in the evening but again there was a good entry with 15 handicapper Tommy Young the victor on the day with a very good score of 39 points scratch handicapper Damien Mc Kenna finished in the runners up spot after an excellent two under par round for 38 points and along with his prize reduced his handicap to – 1, Peter kemish finished in third place three points adrift.
