The 2016 P & L Electrics golfer of the Year turned out to e a very competitive event with twelve points separating the top five prize winners after 39 rounds with the best ten nett scores counting using actual round handicaps with Martin Kivelehan taking the coveted title with a fantastic 38.4 round average for his winning total of 384 points
