The Annual Pauls Butchers Sponsored Spring League is now underway with the teams of four event which has the best six cards from ten counting, with the Qualifying section running until Sunday 20th March when the top eight teams will qualify for the final which is scheduled for Saturday 26th March.
Twenty two of the teams entered to date have returned their round one cards and at this early stage scoring is of the highest order with with Team 17, Kieran Duffy, Cormac Cassidy, Michael Duffy and Albert Gurney leading the way with an excellent score of 67 points on the shortened winter layout, they are closely followed by Teams 6, Bill Mc Chrystal, James Doherty, William Mc Geehan and Paul Mc Callion and 10, Paul Dunn, Michael Dunn, Damien Martin and Kevin Dunn who returned fine scores of 66 points.
