The Pauls Butchers sponsored Spring league is now underway with the Teams of Four event having the best two scores to count at each hole off a three quarter handicap allowance and the best six from ten scores counting in the Qualifying which will run until Sunday 29th March which means there is ample time to enter a team in this year’s event, the leading eight Teams in the Qualifier will go forward to the Match Play.
After the first round Team 14 Mark Doherty, Ciaran O’ Doherty, Dermott Harkin and Michael Henry returned the top score of 89 points, three clear of the field.
