Foyle Ladies hosted the clubs “Pink Day Open” on Thursday 2nd October, in aid of Cancer Focus NI. The day proved to be highly successful with 84 ladies playing in perfect conditions and 55 men playing in the men’s competition on the Friday. The event managed to raise £1115 for Cancer Focus NI.
The clubs Honorary Secretary Myra Gough took top honours returning a tremendous score of 41 points as well as winning nearest the pin and longest drive. The beautiful prizes were generously sponsored by Lady President Avril Gallagher and Mrs Angela Crumley.
