Sunday’s Club Sweep was played in fine conditions with the large turnout enjoying improved weather and Damien Ball certainly made full use of the conditions recording 22 points on the front nine and adding another 21 points on the way home for a very good winning score of 43 points and in doing so reduced his handicap by two shots nine handicapper Emmet Hutton finished in second place four points adrift, with Terry Cavanagh finishing third with 38 points.
