With the Teams having returned their Round seven cards which is the last full counting score before the Teams start dropping their lowest scores over the final three rounds and at this stage in the Qualifying section 20 points separate the top 16 Teams with a number of Teams in close proximity as they all strive for one of the 16 place on offer in the final
Team 24 Cormac Cassidy & Michael Moore returned the best score of the round an excellent 49 points which pushed them into third place on the Qualifying leader board.
Team 30 Gerry Harkin & Jim Kennedy continue playing some steady golf having accumulated 305 points from their seven counting scores and now hold a three point lead going into the final three rounds
The highlight of round seven was a Hole – In – One at the par three third hole where Paul Cassidy holed out his tee shot for an ace witnessed by playing partners Ryan Harkin and Brendan Grimes
Teams are reminded that the Qualifying Section of the League concludes on Sunday 1st December with the Final scheduled for Saturday 7th December.
