Gary Tyre struck a blow for the higher handicap golfers when the 22 handicapper took top honors in Wednesday’s Club Stableford with an excellent 43 points , Sean Haslett finished second two points adrift on 41 points and in doing so continues to see his handicap reduce, Martin Tope finished third after a fine level par round for his 40 points total.
